TERMIPol® DNA Polymerase

A thermostable DNA polymerase from Solis BioDyne is suited for MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and other primer extension platforms. The product is classified within the Enzymes for MALDI-TOF category and is supplied as a ready-to-use formulation intended for Research Use Only.

The enzyme is provided at 5 U/μl as a slightly viscous, colorless liquid with a pH range of 7.0 to 9.0. Each kit includes the polymerase together with 10x Reaction Buffer C and 100 mM MgCl2. The formulation contains water, glycerol, KCl, and Tris-HCl, with gelatin present from a component of animal origin. Routine storage is at -28°C to -18°C, with transport conditions allowing ambient temperature shipping.

The mixture is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) and carries no required pictograms, signal words, or hazard statements. It is considered non-hazardous for transport by road, air, and sea. The product is manufactured by Solis BioDyne OÜ, based at Teaduspargi 9, 50411 Tartu, Estonia, with Safety Data Sheets for individual kit components provided directly by the manufacturer.
