SolisFAST® Master Mix with UNG, Ready to Load

Designed for hot-start PCR with fast cycling and UNG treatment, this 5x ready-to-load master mix from Solis BioDyne supports ultra-fast endpoint PCR workflows. The formulation incorporates a novel in-silico designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase for robust and accurate target detection, and includes Salini UNG® Uracil-N-Glycosylase to prevent cross-contamination. Two tracking dyes—one yellow and one blue—are included in the mix.

The product is a green liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0 and is intended for Research Use Only. For routine storage it should be kept at -28 °C to -18 °C; transport is at ambient temperature. The mixture is not classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. Solis BioDyne OÜ is based in Tartu, Estonia.
