SolisFAST® Master Mix with UNG, Ready to Load

From Solis BioDyne, this ready-to-load PCR reagent is a 5x-concentrated master mix with UNG designed for fast singleplex and multiplex endpoint PCR assays. The mix supports amplification of up to 5 kb fragments from low complexity DNA templates (e.g. lambda, plasmid DNA) and up to 3 kb from complex DNA templates (e.g. human genomic DNA). It combines a novel in-silico designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase with the Stability TAG and an optimized buffer to deliver robust amplification and reliable target detection. The product includes two tracking dyes and is suitable for UNG treatment to prevent carry-over contamination. Solis BioDyne describes the workflow as ultra-fast, with results achievable in 20 minutes on fast PCR cyclers. The mix is shipped and set up ice-free, and SolisFAST® Master Mixes with UNG are stated to be stable for 1 month at 25°C. Intended for Research Use Only.
