SolisFAST® Master Mix, Ready to Load

A premixed ready-to-use solution from Solis BioDyne, containing all reagents required for fast hot-start multiplex PCR. It is supplied as a 5x Ready To Load master mix within the manufacturer's hot-start FAST cycling enzyme range.

The mix is presented as a green liquid with a pH of 7.0-9.0. The manufacturer's safety data sheet classifies it as non-hazardous for transport, designates it for Research Use Only, and recommends storage at -20 °C in the original container. It may cause skin or eye irritation, so appropriate personal protective equipment is advised. Solis BioDyne describes its molecular biology reagents as stable at room temperature.
