HOT FIREPol® MultiPlex Mix with 10 mM MgCl2

Solis BioDyne delivers a 5x-concentrated, ready-to-use master mix engineered for hot-start multiplex PCR. The formulation is optimized to amplify up to 18 targets in a single reaction, simplifying workflows that demand multiple amplicons from one template.

The mix contains HOT FIREPol® DNA polymerase, a 5x MultiPlex Buffer, 10 mM MgCl2 (yielding 2 mM MgCl2 in a 1x reaction), dNTPs, BSA, and a density-increasing compound that enables direct loading onto gels. Routine storage is recommended at -18°C to -28°C, while the product tolerates short-term transport or storage at room temperature for up to one month, or at 2–8°C for up to six months, without detriment to quality. Reaction setup can be performed at room temperature.

Manufactured in Tartu, Estonia by Solis BioDyne under an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified Quality Management System, this liquid, colorless reagent with a pH of 7.0–9.0 is supplied for research use only and is not intended for use in diagnostic procedures. The product is covered by European patent EP2501716 and produced by the methods of US Patent No. 9,321,999.
