HOT FIREPol® MultiPlex Mix with 10 mM MgCl2

A 5x-concentrated ready-to-use master mix designed for hot-start multiplex PCR, this product from Solis BioDyne provides all reagents required for the reaction except template, primers, and water. It is optimized for the simultaneous amplification of up to 18 targets in a single reaction, supporting both Hot Start PCR and Multiplex PCR workflows.

The mix includes HOT FIREPol® DNA polymerase, a 5x MultiPlex Buffer with 10 mM MgCl2 (yielding 2 mM MgCl2 in the 1x PCR solution), dNTPs, BSA, and a compound that increases sample density for direct gel loading. Reaction setup can be performed at room temperature, and an initial activation step of 12 minutes at 95°C is recommended to activate the polymerase.

Routine storage is at -18°C to -28°C. Shipping and temporary storage for up to one month at room temperature, or up to six months at 2–8°C, has no detrimental effects on product quality. The product is manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified quality management systems and is for research use only.
