HOT FIREPol® MultiPlex Mix with 10 mM MgCl2

A 5x-concentrated, ready-to-use mix designed for hot-start multiplex PCR, containing all reagents required except template, primers and water. The formulation is optimised for the simultaneous amplification of up to 18 targets in a single reaction, making it suitable for Hot Start PCR and Multiplex PCR applications.

Each preparation includes HOT FIREPol® DNA polymerase, 5x MultiPlex Buffer, 10 mM MgCl2 (delivering 2 mM MgCl2 in a 1x PCR solution), dNTPs, BSA, and a compound that increases sample density for direct loading onto gels. It is a colourless liquid supplied within a pH range of 7.0–9.0.

Solis BioDyne manufactures the product under an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified Quality Management System. All reagents are stable at room temperature, with routine storage at –18°C to –28°C. Temporary storage for up to one month at room temperature or up to six months at 2–8°C has no detrimental effect on product quality. The product is intended for research use only and is not for use in diagnostic procedures.
