HOT FIREPol® MultiPlex Mix Ready To Load with 10 mM MgCl2

A 5x-concentrated ready-to-use master mix from Solis BioDyne designed for hot-start multiplex PCR. The mix contains all reagents required for the reaction except template, primers, and water, and is optimized for amplification of up to 18 targets in a single reaction.

It includes HOT FIREPol® DNA polymerase, 5x MultiPlex Buffer, 10 mM MgCl2 (yielding 2 mM in a 1x solution), dNTPs, and BSA. An additional density compound allows direct loading onto agarose gels, while two tracking dyes help monitor electrophoresis progress: a blue dye migrating equivalent to a 3.5–4.5 kb DNA fragment and a yellow dye migrating equivalent to 35–45 bp. The product is not recommended for applications involving spectrophotometric absorbance or fluorescence measurements, as the dyes may interfere.

Routine storage is at -18°C to -28°C. Temporary storage of up to 1 month at room temperature or up to 6 months at 2–8°C does not affect product quality. The mix is manufactured by Solis BioDyne in Tartu, Estonia under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified Quality Management Systems and is intended for research use only.
