HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix with 7.5 mM MgCl2

A 5x-concentrated ready-to-use solution from Solis BioDyne, this Hot-start PCR master mix (standard cycling) contains all reagents required for PCR except template, primers and water. The blend combines HOT FIREPol® DNA polymerase with a proofreading enzyme, providing both 5' flap endonuclease activity and 3'→5' proofreading activity. This combination delivers increased fidelity (up to five-fold) compared to HOT FIREPol® alone, and the resulting PCR products are compatible with both blunt-end and TA cloning procedures.

The mix is supplied with 7.5 mM MgCl2 (yielding 1.5 mM in a 1x PCR solution) and 1 mM of each dNTP (yielding 200 µM of each in a 1x PCR solution), along with BSA and the 5x Blend Master Mix Buffer. It is intended for in vitro use only.

The product is manufactured by Solis BioDyne in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified quality management systems. Routine storage is at -18°C to -28°C, and the product tolerates shipping or temporary storage for up to 1 month at room temperature or up to 6 months at 2–8°C.
