HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix with 12.5 mM MgCl2

A 5x-concentrated hot-start master mix from Solis BioDyne, the HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix with 12.5 mM MgCl2, is designed for standard cycling PCR. The mix supports amplification of DNA templates up to 5 kb and offers increased yield, sensitivity and specificity, with up to 5x higher fidelity. It reduces primer dimer formation and is also available in a Ready To Load format for direct gel loading.

Because Solis BioDyne enzymes are stabilized with the company's Stability TAG technology, the product can be set up and shipped without ice, simplifying handling. Recommended storage is at -20°C, and the product is transported at room temperature.
