HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix with 12.5 mM MgCl2

A 5x-concentrated ready-to-use PCR master mix from Solis BioDyne, formulated for Hot Start PCR. The blend combines two optimized enzymes — HOT FIREPol® DNA polymerase and a proofreading polymerase — delivering both 5' flap endonuclease and 3'→5' proofreading activity. The mix is supplied as a colourless liquid (pH 7.0–9.0) with 12.5 mM MgCl2 (yielding 2.5 mM in a 1x PCR solution), 1 mM of each dNTP (200 µM each at 1x), and BSA.

Fidelity is up to five-fold higher than HOT FIREPol® alone, and generated PCR products are compatible with blunt-end and TA cloning. The product is recommended for PCR applications visualised by agarose gel electrophoresis and ethidium bromide staining, and is manufactured under an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified quality management system.

Routine storage is at -18°C to -28°C. Shipping and temporary storage for up to 1 month at room temperature, or up to 6 months at 2-8°C, have no detrimental effect on product quality. For research use only.
