HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix with 10 mM MgCl2

Solis BioDyne supplies this premixed, ready-to-use master mix formulated for standard PCR cycling. The HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix with 10 mM MgCl2 is a 5x-concentrated solution containing all reagents required for PCR, including a hot-start Taq DNA polymerase. It supports amplification of templates up to 5 kb and generates blunt-ended products. The mix is reported to deliver increased yield, sensitivity and specificity, up to 5x higher fidelity, and reduced primer dimer formation. A Ready To Load version is available for direct loading onto gels. The product is stored at -20°C, and thanks to Solis BioDyne's Stability TAG technology the master mix can be shipped and reactions set up at room temperature without ice.
