HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix Ready to Load with 7.5 mM MgCl2

A 5x concentrated, ready-to-use master mix from Solis BioDyne designed for standard hot-start PCR workflows. The premixed solution contains all reagents required for PCR, including HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase, a proofreading enzyme, the four dNTPs (dGTP, dCTP, dATP, dTTP), BSA, MgCl2 at 7.5 mM, and yellow and blue dyes that allow direct loading of the reaction onto gels.

According to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, the product is supplied as a green liquid with a pH of 7.0-9.0. The mixture is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), is chemically stable under normal conditions, and is not regulated for transport by road (ADR/RID), air (ICAO/IATA) or sea.

For Research Use Only. Routine storage is recommended at -28°C to -18°C until the expiry date marked on the package, with transport at ambient temperature. The product should be kept in its original labelled container.
