HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix Ready to Load with 12.5 mM MgCl2

A premixed, ready-to-use 5× master mix from Solis BioDyne, formulated for standard cycling hot-start PCR workflows. The blend contains HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase together with a proofreading enzyme, MgCl2 at 12.5 mM, the four dNTPs (dGTP, dCTP, dATP and dTTP), BSA, glycerol and yellow and blue dyes. It is supplied as a green liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0, is intended for research use only and is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

The mixture is stable under normal conditions, with routine storage at -28 °C to -18 °C in the original labelled container. Incompatible materials include strong oxidizing agents, acids and alkali. Solis BioDyne OÜ (Teaduspargi 9, 50411 Tartu, Estonia) manufactures the product and recommends handling all chemicals with caution despite the absence of components classified as hazardous at the concentrations present.
