HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix Ready to Load with 12.5 mM MgCl2

A 5x hot-start master mix from Solis BioDyne, designed for standard PCR cycling and supplied as a premixed solution containing all reagents required for PCR. The formulation includes 12.5 mM MgCl2, HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase paired with a proofreading enzyme, the four dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP), BSA, glycerol, and yellow and blue dyes. As a ready-to-load mix, prepared reactions can be applied directly to gels.

According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the mixture is not classified as hazardous for physical, health, or environmental hazard categories. It is a green liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0. Routine storage is recommended at -28°C to -18°C until the expiry date on the package, and the product should be kept in its original labelled container. It is intended for Research Use Only and is not for consumer use.

The product is manufactured by Solis BioDyne OÜ, based in Tartu, Estonia. Transport is permitted at ambient temperature, with routine storage after delivery at -28°C to -18°C.
