HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix Ready to Load with 12.5 mM MgCl2

A premixed, ready-to-use 5x master mix for standard cycling hot-start PCR that is supplied ready to load and contains all reagents required for the reaction. The blend from Solis BioDyne combines HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase with a proofreading enzyme, dNTPs (dGTP, dCTP, dATP and dTTP), BSA, glycerol, MgCl2 at 12.5 mM, and yellow and blue dyes. The mix is a green liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0 and is not classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

The product is intended for Research Use Only and is not for consumer use. Routine storage is at -28°C to -18°C until the end of the indicated shelf-life, in the original labelled container, while transport is at ambient temperature. Components of animal origin are present in the form of gelatin and BSA, in line with Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009. The product is manufactured by Solis BioDyne OÜ in Tartu, Estonia.
