HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix Ready to Load with 10 mM MgCl2

Manufactured by Solis BioDyne, this 5x master mix is supplied as a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing all reagents required for PCR. Formulated for hot-start PCR with standard cycling, the Ready to Load formulation includes yellow and blue dyes.

The mix combines HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase with a proofreading enzyme and includes the four dNTPs (dGTP, dCTP, dATP and dTTP), BSA, MgCl2 at 10 mM, and glycerol. It is supplied as a 5x liquid formulation.

According to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, the mixture is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, with no pictograms or signal word required, and contains no substances considered hazardous to health at the concentrations present. The product is a green liquid with a pH range of 7.0-9.0 and is stable under normal conditions. For routine storage it should be kept at -28°C to -18°C in the original container, and it is intended for Research Use Only.
