FIREScript® RT cDNA synthesis MIX with Oligo (dT) and Random primers (100 rxn)

Solis BioDyne supplies a ready-to-use cDNA synthesis system that delivers all required reagents in three vials. The FIREScript RT cDNA Synthesis Mix with Oligo (dT) and Random primers combines the FIREScript enzyme mix — containing FIREScript Reverse Transcriptase and the RiboGrip RNase Inhibitor — with an RT Premix (reaction buffer, dNTPs, and the priming method) plus nuclease-free water.

According to the manufacturer, the mix enables cDNA synthesis in 30 minutes, and the enzyme works at temperatures up to 50°C for high yield and sensitivity. The reagents can be handled at +35°C for 30 days without any loss of activity. Reactions are set up in a 20 µl volume.

Routine storage is at -28°C to -18°C until the end of shelf-life, with transport at ambient temperature. The product is intended for Research Use Only.
