FIREPol® Master Mix Ready to Load (12.5 mM MgCl2)

Supplied as a 5x ready-to-load formulation by Solis BioDyne, this master mix is intended for routine PCR applications where amplification products are visualised by agarose gel electrophoresis with ethidium bromide staining. The green-coloured liquid combines FIREPol® DNA Polymerase with dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP, MgCl2 (12.5 mM), glycerol and tracking dyes, so reaction samples can be loaded directly onto gels without the addition of a separate loading dye. Marked for research use only, the mixture is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and contains no substances assessed to be PBT or vPvB. Routine storage is at -28ºC to -18ºC until the end of the labelled shelf-life, with transport permitted at ambient temperature. The pH of the mixture is 7.0 to 9.0.
