FIREPol® Master Mix (7.5 mM MgCl2)

A 5x ready-to-use master mix from Solis BioDyne containing all reagents required for PCR, formulated with 7.5 mM MgCl2, FIREPol® DNA Polymerase and the four dNTPs (dGTP, dCTP, dATP, dTTP). The mixture is supplied as a colourless liquid with a pH of 7.0 to 9.0 and is intended for Research Use Only.

According to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet (revision 4, dated 06.06.2023), the product is not classified as hazardous for physical, health or environmental endpoints under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, contains no substances assessed as PBT or vPvB, and is not regulated for land, air or maritime transport. Routine storage is at -28°C to -18°C until the end of the shelf-life marked on the package, while transport may be carried out at ambient temperature. The container should be kept in its original labelled packaging, and handling in well-ventilated areas with nitrile rubber gloves and suitable protective clothing is recommended.
