StemSpan Leukemic Cell Culture Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this culture kit is designed for the in vitro culture, expansion, and drug screening of malignant cells. It has been developed and tested on chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) samples, providing an optimized protocol that supports the expansion and culture of leukemic cells for downstream research and drug screening applications.

The kit is formulated as a serum-free system and combines StemSpan SFEM II medium with a CD34+ Expansion Supplement (10X) and the small molecule UM729. Together, these components are intended to support the robust expansion of leukemic cell populations within a defined, serum-free culture workflow.
