EasySep CD4+CD127loCD49d- Sample Kit

This cell separation kit from STEMCELL Technologies uses negative immunomagnetic selection to enrich CD4+CD127lowCD49d-negative cells from human peripheral blood, yielding a population highly enriched for regulatory T lymphocytes (Tregs). The EasySep platform employs antibody cocktails and magnetic particles that retain undesired cell fractions within a tube placed in a magnet, so untouched target cells are recovered in suspension. Each separation processes up to 50 mL of whole blood or an equivalent mononuclear cell preparation, and the workflow is performed without columns or density-gradient centrifugation. Components include the Enrichment Cocktail, Magnetic Particles, and EasySep Buffer, all supplied as a single-use kit intended for research use only. Isolated cells retain viability and surface-marker integrity for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, suppression assays, expansion culture, and adoptive-transfer studies. The negative-selection strategy preserves unstimulated Tregs without engaging activating antibodies on the target population.
