EasySep Dir HLAXM T Cell - Robo

This column-free immunomagnetic kit from STEMCELL Technologies is configured for the RoboSep workflow and is designed to isolate untouched human T cells that are ready for serology or flow cytometry crossmatch assays. Cells are obtained by negative selection directly from human whole blood, buffy coat, spleen, or lymph nodes, with additional protocols available for HetaSep-treated whole blood and washed leukapheresis samples.

Starting with human whole blood from normal healthy donors, the T cell (CD3+) content of the non-lysed final isolated fraction typically ranges from 89 - 99.9% (gated on CD45). In a representative example, the T cell (CD3+) content of the lysed whole blood start sample and the non-lysed final isolated fraction was 38.0% and 93.2% (gated on CD45), respectively.

Selection uses a Mouse (BALB/c) monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD3 together with a Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD45. The kit supports the HLA crossmatch research workflow and is intended for use with primary human cells, fresh.
