EasySep Dir HLA T Cell - Robo

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit enables isolation of highly purified T cells directly from human whole blood, buffy coat, spleen, or lymph nodes through immunomagnetic negative selection. Unwanted non-T cells are labeled using antibodies recognizing specific surface markers and separated with EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™ and an EasySep™ magnet. The resulting T cells can be collected into a new tube and used directly for downstream applications such as flow cytometry crossmatch.

Designed for automated workflows on the RoboSep™ platform, the kit supports cell isolation research in chimerism, HLA, and immunology. Following EU Regulation 2017/746 (IVDR), STEMCELL has deregistered CE IVD claims for these products, which are now labeled "For Research Use Only," with no changes to form, function, or quality assurance.
