EasySep Dir HLA B Cell - Robo

This automated B cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies uses a pre-mixed HLA-directed antibody cocktail conjugated to dextran-coated magnetic RapidSpheres, allowing RoboSep instruments to enrich HLA-expressing lymphocytes directly from mononuclear cell suspensions. The direct labeling chemistry removes the requirement for a secondary reagent and shortens the hands-on portion of routine immunophenotyping workflows.

Configured for in vitro research applications, the kit supports studies of humoral immunity, B cell receptor diversity, autoimmune disease, and vaccine response. Each unit supplies antibody cocktail and particles sufficient for a defined number of automated runs at room temperature, processing fresh or previously frozen PBMC preparations without density-gradient centrifugation.

Isolated cells retain viability and surface antigen integrity for downstream flow cytometry, PCR, sequencing, and cell culture. Reagents are validated for research use only by STEMCELL Technologies.
