StemSep Human Positive CD34+ Cells, 5mL

This 5 mL column-free immunomagnetic cell selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies enriches CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from mononuclear cell preparations derived from mobilized peripheral blood, bone marrow, or umbilical cord blood. The cocktail contains a tetrameric antibody complex directed against the human CD34 sialomucin antigen; the complex cross-links target cells to dextran-iron particles, allowing positive selection in a magnet without the need for packed columns. The 5 mL format is intended for larger starting cell numbers, and recovered cells retain viability and surface CD34 expression for downstream flow cytometry, colony-forming assays, ex vivo expansion, xenotransplantation into immunodeficient mouse models, and CRISPR-based gene editing studies. Components are supplied as a single-use research-use kit; store refrigerated and protect from light to preserve reagent activity.
