StemSep Human Positive CD34+ Cells, 1mL

Isolate CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from human sources using this positive-selection reagent from STEMCELL Technologies. The 1 mL StemSep vial delivers a column-free immuno-magnetic strategy in which a tetrameric antibody complex binds the CD34 surface antigen and pulls target cells out of suspension with a magnet, leaving red blood cells, platelets, and unlabeled lineages behind.

The protocol accepts single-cell suspensions prepared from cord blood, bone marrow, or mobilized peripheral blood, and the enriched population is ready for cell culture, transplantation studies, in vitro assays, or downstream flow cytometry phenotyping. Processing is performed at room temperature under standard aseptic conditions, and recovered cells retain viability for functional work.
