STEMdiff Ventri Cardio Diff Kit

The Ventri Cardio Diff Kit from STEMCELL Technologies drives reproducible differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) into functional cardiomyocytes. Optimized for monolayer culture workflows, the kit supports efficient cardiac lineage commitment and maturation, producing spontaneously beating cells within approximately 10 days of protocol initiation.

Each kit includes five 5 mL bottles of stage-specific supplements, used alongside the companion Ventri Cardiomyocyte Maintenance Kit. Researchers apply the components to hPSC cultures previously expanded and maintained under defined conditions; the workflow supports applications including disease modeling, cardiotoxicity screening, and developmental biology studies.

Components are stored at -20 degrees C and thawed immediately before use. Each bottle supports approximately 30 mL of working medium. The kit is restricted to research use only and should not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
