STEMdiff Endothelial Expansion Kit

The STEMCELL Technologies STEMdiff platform supports robust expansion of human endothelial cells derived from pluripotent stem cells or CD34+ hematopoietic progenitors. This serum-free, defined kit delivers xeno-free culture conditions that maintain expression of key vascular markers such as CD31, VE-cadherin, and KDR across multiple passages without loss of endothelial identity. Researchers use the kit for vascular disease modeling, angiogenesis assays, and generation of endothelial lineages for downstream applications including flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry of vascular tissues.

Components are supplied as individual vials and bottles for flexible medium preparation, and storage at -20 degrees C preserves the cytokine supplements for long-term use, while the basal medium can be stored refrigerated at 2-8 degrees C until the expiration date.
