STEMdiff Endothelial Differentiation Kit

Serum-free, defined-medium differentiation system from STEMCELL Technologies that directs human pluripotent stem cells (hESCs and iPSCs) toward a vascular endothelial lineage. The workflow generates CD31+/VE-cadherin+ endothelial cells with functional capacity for tube formation in Matrigel assays, supporting cardiovascular research, angiogenesis studies, vascular disease modeling, and high-throughput drug screening.

Optimized for monolayer-based protocols using hPSCs maintained in mTeSR Plus or TeSR-E8, the kit provides a reproducible workflow without animal-derived components. Derived endothelial cells can be expanded and cryopreserved for downstream experimentation or further differentiated into specialized subtypes such as arterial, venous, or lymphatic endothelium.

The multi-vial kit contains medium and supplements sufficient for routine differentiation campaigns. Store components at -20 °C; thaw overnight at 4 °C before use, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only.
