SolisFAST® 1-step RT-PCR Kit with UNG Ready to Load

A reagent from Solis BioDyne combines sensitive and highly specific cDNA synthesis with end-point PCR in a single tube, and the Ready-to-Load formulation streamlines downstream gel electrophoresis workflows.

Cycling protocols can be completed in under 1 hour, and the kit supports detection of as little as 0.1 pg of RNA along with multiplexing of up to 5 targets simultaneously. An AmpliBoost™ RT-PCR enhancer is included for tackling GC-rich amplicons, and a preblended UNG enzyme helps prevent carry-over contamination. The kit is suitable for virus detection and performs reliably in both singleplex and multiplex assays.

Built on Solis BioDyne's proprietary Stability TAG technology, the reagents are stable at room temperature. Performance is maintained after storage at 25 °C for 1 month, equivalent to -20 °C conditions. Bulk solutions are available.
