SoliSD™ Bsm DNA Polymerase Kit

From Solis BioDyne, this isothermal amplification kit features a DNA polymerase developed for loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) workflows, an alternative to PCR offering fast, simple, and sensitive DNA detection. The polymerase sequence originates from Bacillus smithii and shares functional similarity with other Bst and Bsm polymerases. It provides high strand displacement activity, making it well suited to LAMP applications.

Leveraging Solis BioDyne's Stability TAG technology, the enzyme and associated master mixes maintain activity at ambient temperature with no activity loss observed for up to 1 month. The kit is offered in a 5-vial format, giving users flexibility to develop their own isothermal amplification assays.
