RosetteSep Total Lymphocyte Enrich, 10mL

From STEMCELL Technologies, the RosetteSep™ Human Total Lymphocyte Enrichment Cocktail is an immunodensity negative selection reagent designed to enrich lymphocytes from human whole blood. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with tetrameric antibody complexes recognizing CD16, CD36, CD66b, and glycophorin A on red blood cells. When centrifuged over a buoyant density medium such as RosetteSep™ DM-L or Lymphoprep™, the unwanted cells pellet along with the red blood cells while the purified lymphocytes are recovered as a highly enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the buoyant density medium.

Starting with fresh peripheral blood, the CD2+ and CD19+ cell content of the enriched fraction is typically 94 ± 2%. The procedure requires no special equipment or training, yields untouched viable cells, and can be combined with SepMate™ tubes for consistent, high-throughput sample processing. The cocktail is suited to cell isolation workflows in HLA and immunology research, using buffy coat or whole blood as the sample source.
