Negative-Selection Cell Isolation for Multiple Myeloma Research

The RosetteSep Multiple Myeloma reagent from STEMCELL Technologies enriches malignant plasma cells directly from human whole blood without magnetic columns or fluorescent labeling. The 10 mL bottle contains tetrameric antibody complexes that crosslink unwanted leukocytes to red blood cells, forming immunorosettes that pellet during standard density gradient centrifugation. Target plasma cells remain at the interface, ready for downstream flow cytometry, cytogenetic analysis, or cell culture workflows.

Intended for in vitro research use only, this single-use liquid reagent is layered over a density gradient medium such as Lymphoprep and centrifuged at room temperature. The enriched plasma cell fraction is collected in one wash step, and the protocol is compatible with SepMate tubes for higher-throughput processing.
