RosetteSep Multi Myeloma Enrich Sample

Cell separation reagent from STEMCELL Technologies that enriches CD138+ plasma cells from bone marrow or peripheral blood by forming immune rosettes with non-target cells. A dense tetrameric antibody cocktail crosslinks unwanted leukocytes to red blood cells, allowing them to be removed by standard density gradient centrifugation without the use of magnetic beads or columns. Target plasma cells remain untouched and retain viability for downstream flow cytometry, sequencing, and cell culture workflows. This sample-size format lets laboratories evaluate the enrichment protocol on small-volume specimens before committing to the full kit. Each vial contains enough reagent for processing a defined aliquot of whole blood or bone marrow aspirate, supporting both small-scale pilot studies and routine myeloma research pipelines.
