Negative-selection cell isolation reagent from STEMCELL Technologies that enriches human T lymphocytes directly from whole blood in a single 20-minute incubation. Tetrameric antibody complexes crosslink unwanted leukocytes to red blood cells, forming dense immunorosettes that pellet under centrifugation while untouched T cells remain in the upper plasma layer.

Each 0.5 mL vial typically processes up to 50 mL of whole blood, removing the need for Ficoll-Paque density gradient separation or magnetic columns. The recovered T cell fraction is unlabeled, viable, and ready for downstream cell culture, flow cytometry staining panels, proliferation assays, mixed lymphocyte reactions, and adoptive immunology studies.
