RosetteSep Human Mesen Enrichment, 2 mL

This immunodensity negative selection cocktail from STEMCELL Technologies is designed to enrich mesenchymal stem cells from fresh bone marrow. It crosslinks unwanted cells to multiple red blood cells (RBCs) using Tetrameric Antibody Complexes (TACs), forming immunorosettes. When centrifuged over a buoyant density medium such as Lymphoprep™, the increased density of these rosettes causes them to pellet along with free RBCs, while the desired mesenchymal stem cells remain unlabeled and are collected as a highly enriched, untouched and viable population at the plasma-density gradient interface.

The cocktail contains monoclonal antibodies in bispecific Tetrameric Antibody Complexes directed against cell surface antigens on non-mesenchymal stem cells, including CD3, CD14, CD19, CD38, CD66b and glycophorin A on RBCs. No special equipment or training is required, and the workflow is described as fast and easy-to-use. The product should be stored at 2–8°C and is intended for research use only.
