RosetteSep Human CD3 Depletion, 2mL

This immunodepletion cocktail from STEMCELL Technologies is designed to deplete CD3+ cells directly from human whole blood. The antibody cocktail crosslinks unwanted cells to multiple red blood cells (RBCs) to form immunorosettes, increasing the density of the unwanted cells so that they pellet along with free RBCs when centrifuged over a density gradient medium. Desired cells are never labelled with antibody and are easily collected as a highly enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the density gradient medium.

The cocktail is supplied as a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS. According to the manufacturer, it should be stored at 2 - 8°C and not frozen, and remains stable until the expiry date (EXP) on the label.
