RosetteSep Human B Cells, 0.5mL

This negative selection cell separation product from STEMCELL Technologies is supplied as a 0.5 mL single-use vial and is engineered to enrich untouched B lymphocytes directly from human whole blood. The reagent relies on tetrameric antibody complexes that crosslink unwanted non-B-cell populations, including T cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and erythrocytes, into dense rosettes. After a brief incubation, layering the sample over Lymphoprep or a comparable density gradient medium and centrifuging leaves the target B cells as a highly enriched, unlabeled fraction at the plasma–medium interface.

Each 0.5 mL vial processes approximately 50 mL of whole blood, with the full workflow typically completed in under 30 minutes and no lysis or wash step required. The recovered B cells retain native surface markers and are compatible with downstream applications such as flow cytometry, in vitro stimulation assays, immunoglobulin profiling, and co-culture experiments. The single-use vial format is provided for research use only and is ready for immediate use with an appropriate density gradient medium.
