The proprietary tetrameric antibody complexes cross-link unwanted cells directly to red blood cells, forming dense rosettes that sediment through standard density gradient centrifugation while the target cells remain in the interface layer. Supplied in a 10 mL single-use vial, the reagent processes up to 20 mL of whole blood per separation, delivering a granulocyte-depleted fraction ready for flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional immunology studies.
