RosetteSep Granulocyte Depletion, 0.5mL

From STEMCELL Technologies, this cell separation reagent is designed to deplete granulocytes from whole blood. The RosetteSep™ Human Granulocyte Depletion Cocktail targets unwanted cells for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD66b and glycophorin A on red blood cells (RBCs). When centrifuged over a buoyant density medium such as Lymphoprep™, the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs, leaving the granulocyte-depleted fraction as a highly enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the buoyant density medium.

The reagent is fast and easy-to-use, requires no special equipment or training, yields viable cells that remain untouched, and can be combined with SepMate™ for consistent, high-throughput sample processing. Supplied under the RosetteSep brand as a cell sorting reagent kit, it is intended for human granulocytes and their subtypes, sourced from buffy coat or whole blood, and used by depletion selection for cell separation applications in immunology research.
