RosetteSep CD45 Depletion, 0.5mL

This negative-selection reagent from STEMCELL Technologies is formulated to deplete CD45+ leukocytes from human whole blood or buffy coat.

Designed for use with density gradient centrifugation, it enriches non-leukocyte populations such as circulating tumor cells or other rare cells. The workflow is a simple add-and-incubate procedure, and the depleted sample is compatible with downstream immunostaining, flow cytometry and molecular analysis.
