STEMCELL Technologies offers this kit for the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human total lymphocytes directly from whole blood. It is suitable for use with HetaSep™-treated whole blood or washed leukapheresis samples and includes mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibodies against human and chimpanzee CD19, together with mouse (BALB/c) monoclonal IgG1 antibodies against human and chimpanzee CD3.

According to the manufacturer's typical enrichment profile, starting with HetaSep™-treated whole blood the CD3+ / CD19+ cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 90.2 - 96.9% (gated on CD45+ cells). When starting with 0.5 mL of HetaSep™-treated whole blood, equivalent to 5 mL of whole blood, 1.3 - 3.6 x 10e6 CD3+ or CD19+ cells are typically recovered.
