RoboSepHLA Chim WB CD3 Pos Slctn Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit enables isolation of highly purified CD3+ cells from fresh human whole blood or buffy coat by immunomagnetic positive selection. The procedure labels target cells with antibodies and magnetic particles, then separates them without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Unwanted cells are simply poured off while the desired cells remain in the tube. The kit achieves up to 99% purity and is designed for processing 60 mL of buffy coat or whole blood.

It is compatible across EasySep™ platforms including "The Big Easy", EasyEights™, and RoboSep™-S. According to supporting data, the CD3+ cell content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 92.4 - 99.8%. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.
