RoboSepHLA Chim WB CD19 Pos Slctn Kit

Designed by STEMCELL Technologies for immunomagnetic cell isolation, this kit enables positive selection of highly purified human CD19+ cells from whole blood, buffy coat, or a leukoreduction system chamber (LRSC or LRS cone) using EasySep™ column-free technology. The isolated CD19+ fraction typically shows a purity of 94.3 - 99.6%, as assessed by staining the start and isolated samples with anti-CD19 or anti-CD20 antibodies. In the manufacturer's example profile, the start fraction purity was 5.0% and the final isolated fraction was 98.6% (gated on CD45); red blood cells were removed from the start sample by lysis prior to flow cytometry. The kit is intended for research applications and is suited to the RoboSep fully automated cell separation instrument, which can perform up to four simultaneous or sequential EasySep™ cell separations.
