RoboSepHLA Chim BC CD56 Pos Slctn Kit

This immunomagnetic selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies uses EasySep™ column-free technology to isolate highly purified human CD56+ cells from freshly prepared buffy coat and leukoreduction system chamber (LRSC or LRS cone) samples.

When used with "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, the manufacturer states the CD56+ cell content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 95.8 - 99.5% (gated on CD45+). In an example provided by the manufacturer, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions are 8.5% and 98.4%, respectively.

The kit supports research workflows involving multiple sample processing and column-free immunomagnetic cell separation, and can be paired with compatible antibodies for purity assessment of isolated cells.
