STEMCELL Technologies' serum-free automated cell isolation kit enriches CD3+ T lymphocytes directly from fresh whole blood on the RoboSep automated platform. The kit combines EasySep immunomagnetic positive selection with a single-use reagent vial that loads into the instrument, eliminating manual column handling and shortening hands-on time during immunology and vaccine research workflows.

The reagent cocktail performs walk-away processing and yields enriched CD3+ T cell suspensions for downstream flow cytometry, cell culture expansion, and in vitro functional assays. Each unit supports one positive selection run from approximately 8 mL of whole blood, with downstream applications spanning T cell receptor studies, immune monitoring, and adoptive immunotherapy research.

Reagents are for research use only and should be stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C to preserve bead activity. The disposable vial format keeps each run clean and free from cross-contamination between samples.
