RoboSep Release Hu CD45 Pos Slctn Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, the RoboSep™ Release Human CD45 Positive Selection Kit is an immunomagnetic positive selection kit designed to isolate highly purified and magnetic particle-free human CD45+ leukocytes, including tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs), from single-cell suspensions of primary human tissues and tumors. The kit targets CD45+ cells using a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS with 0.1% BSA and EasySep™ Releasable RapidSpheres™, a suspension of magnetic particles in water. Isolation is performed column-free using an EasySep™ magnet, with unwanted cells poured off and desired cells retained in the tube. Bound magnetic particles are then released from the isolated CD45+ cells in a no-wash step, leaving cells immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and DNA/RNA extraction. The kit is rated for processing 1 x 10^9 cells and delivers highly purified human CD45+ leukocytes and TILs in less than 45 minutes.

For automated use, the kit is compatible with the RoboSep™-S instrument. Supplied components include EasySep™ Release Human CD45 Positive Selection Cocktail, EasySep™ Releasable RapidSpheres™, and EasySep™ Release Buffer Concentrate, along with RoboSep™ Buffer, RoboSep™ Filter Tips, and EasySep™ EasyTube™-14 for optimal performance. All components are stored at 2 - 8°C and should not be frozen; components are stable until the expiration date on the label and may be shipped at room temperature (15 - 25°C). Following isolation with this kit, antibody complexes remain bound to the cell surface and may interact with Brilliant Violet™ antibody conjugates, polyethylene glycol-modified proteins, or other chemically related ligands.
