RoboSep Rat T Cell Isolation Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this isolation kit enables the recovery of highly purified rat T cells from single-cell suspensions of rat splenocyte, lymph node, or whole blood samples. According to the manufacturer, the T cell content (CD3+) of the isolated fraction is typically 98.1 ± 1.4% (mean ± SD), based on use with the purple EasySep™ Magnet and the optional additional separation step.
