RoboSep NHP T Cell Iso Kit

A column-free immunomagnetic negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies designed to isolate T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of non-human primates in a 20-minute workflow. The kit is verified for use with rhesus and cynomolgus macaques. Antibody complexes and magnetic particles label unwanted cells, which are separated from the desired T cells using an EasySep™ magnet by simply pouring or pipetting into a new tube. The procedure delivers untouched, viable cells and is reported to achieve up to 90% purity with high recovery. The kit is suited to research areas including HIV, immunology, and infectious diseases.
